About me

I became involved in Tai Chi and Chi Kung when a friend asked me to join a class about 20 years ago. This started a long journey of exploration in which different forms, styles, training methods, meditation and relaxation practices, and above all people played an important part. I love teaching and although people will take different elements from my classes, key skills will be body and mental development and relaxation.

I am a member of the Chinese Internal Arts Association (CIAA) and a senior instructor of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.

What my students say

Jenny

“Zita’s Tai chi classes have helped me to stretch, relax and balance and I value them greatly. Her holistic approach and her sensitivity are exceptional.”

Lindsay

“I find the classes a haven of light-hearted calm. The classes have made a real difference to how I use my body – I feel as though tai chi is now an integral part of my life!”

Deborah

“A quiet hour in a busy day that always leaves me feeling calm, relaxed and more balanced. Zita’s classes also allow me to carry over what I’ve learnt into my own every day.”
